Follow these TWO steps to register:

Step 1: Register & Pay – (386) 454-1351
- Pay for your Event Fee for each attendee; price is per person and includes a non-refundable registration fee, seminar materials, programming, entertainment and 5 delicious vegetarian meals.
- End of Registration: February 22, 2022
- Event Fee:
  - ~~“Early Bird”: October 11 to January 31 – $194 per person.~~
  - Regular: January 31 to Event Date – $215.25 per person.
    - Weekend Commuter (5 meals) – $184.50 per person / $200.50 per person.
    - Sabbath Commuter (3 meals) – $149.25 per person / $165.25 per person.
    - Sabbath Visitor (no meals) $111.75 per person / $122.25 per person.
Step 2: Choose your housing
- There are 3 options:
  1. I need to reserve my housing now (lodging prices below).
  2. I am staying with a friend.
  3. I am commuting and do not need housing.
- Retreat Housing Fee:
  - Room at Woodland Lodges (Max. 6 per room) – $240 per room.
  - Family Chalet (Max. 4 per unit) $226.10 per Chalet.
  - Mini Lodge Room (Max. 4 per room) – $111.86 per room.
  - Rustic Cabin (Side) (Max. 4 per Side) – $78.61 per Side.
  - RV Site (Max. 2 per Site) – $51.10 per Site.
  - Tent Camping (Max. 4 per Site) – $24.70 per Site.
- This new pricing structure allows you to rent an entire room to ensure privacy and each housing unit is priced differently to allow you maximum versatility in your retreat. A $87.25 non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation and goes towards your final balance

CHECK-IN:
Friday from 2:00-8:00pm
** If you are arriving by Charter Bus please share this information with Stacy Stride at sdaretreats@campkulaqua.com as soon as possible so we will be better prepared to receive you.

LATE ARRIVAL:
If you will be arriving after 8:00pm, we will have a Ranger on duty ready to assist you. As you drive onto the dirt road please call our main number, 386.454.1351 then press “0” and our Ranger or the weekend manager will answer your call and let you know where to meet him/her so they can direct you.
* You will need to see us Sabbath morning in the Main Office to receive your Arm Band and Name Badge.

SABBATH CHECK-IN:
If you will be arriving Sabbath morning, please check-in at the Main Office and receive your name badge, arm band for meals, and any other materials we may have for you between 7:30am-12:00pm

DISCOUNTS:
1) Early Bird Housing Discount; A $21.25 savings awaits all overnight participants, a $16.00 Event Fee discount for the Weekend & Sabbath Commuters and a $10.50 Event Fee discount for the Sabbath Visitors who register before December 31st, 2021 Register early to receive this discount!

MASK REQUIREMENTS: Masks are required at all times on the event. Three masks will be provided at registration.

CANCELLATIONS:
A $87.25 non-refundable fee will apply to ALL reservations. All refunds must be received in writing or email to the Registrar, Stacy Stride. Emailed request of the cancellation sdaretreats@campkulaqua.com Written request of the cancellation to:

REFUNDS:
Refund Requests must be received in writing – or email – within 30 days after the event to be eligible for a refund. Any requests past the 30 days will not be accepted. Please note, all refunds will be based on the Early Bird rate.
